I called Ruby needing help with our trip to the Bahamas. I had called a few others before I called Ruby and she was the only person who answered the phone all the other travel businesses were horrible. Ruby answered my call and got me the best price and helped me with everything! She is in my opinion the best in the business. Her staff was on top of everything thankfully because its been some time since I have traveled and I would have been in a real bad place if I didn't have her and her awesome employees helping me through everything! Our trip was AMAZING Im so grateful to them all. I highly recommend Rubys Travel .

We just returned from a family vacation in Aruba. This was a long time in planning and a lot of work on the part of Ruby's Travels Team. They were all magnificent and did an amazing job coordinating for 10 family members from 5 households. We were all thrilled and cannot Thank All of you enough. The professionalism, patience and kindness extended to us was amazing.

My wife & I recently planned an incredible last-minute trip to Italy which was made possible by the wonderful team from RubysTravel, including Renee, Donna, Rosemary & of course, Ruby. The team was extremely responsive, helpful, patient (especially Renee, given our procrastination & last-minute decision-making), professional & accommodating from start to finish! They had excellent recommendations & knew how to customize this trip to our travel preferences. I will continue to use Ruby’s Travel for all of my future planning & highly recommend them to everyone else as well!

Ruby, Rosemary & Team are absolutely incredible. RubysTravel has great communication, organization, knowledge and expertise. They helped coordinate our destination wedding group, booking and organizing every travel detail for over 70 guests and ensured the process was smooth. We couldn’t thank them enough and couldn’t have imagined the wedding without their help - I highly recommend Ruby’s team for all things travel!

I would highly recommend Ruby’s Travel. On short notice, I reached out to the agency to help with an European vacation. A quick response matched us with Renee, an agent with specialty in the European travels. After consulting to determine our expectations, she created an itinerary that provided all of our wants. Within two weeks, she refined all accommodations and activities that would provide the best experiences. We traveled from Spain to Italy to Greece for 3 weeks without a hitch. She focused on the travel and transfers so precisely that whether it was a plane, train or boat, we were greeted by a personal driver to take us to the next adventure. Renee and the agency really listened and provided great service, and needless to say a fantastic, amazing and memorable vacation.

I had seen Ruby's ads on placemats in diners and other places for years. I decided to call when I needed assistance making travel arrangements for my mom, which included wheelchair assistance and traveling with her service dog. Ruby and her team provided personable top-notch service! They also responded very quickly when one of the flights was canceled. And, they were there for me again, when I needed to get my mom to Wayne, NJ unexpectedly last week, the Tuesday before Thanksgiving! Ruby and her team didn't hesitate to locate a flight for her; once again, ensuring that her wheelchair and service dog accommodations were addressed. Thank you, Ruby. You can't go wrong with this travel team!
